That's why when we created the recipe for our Macadamia Mango Ice Cream Bar, the first thing we had to do was find the best tasting mango and roasted macadamias available. They were right on our doorstep on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland! The macadamias are cracked and then carefully cut into the right size chunks to complement our famous Weis ice cream and Australian Kensington Pride mangoes.
