Just add: 750g lean beef mince 1 big size onion, chopped cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 red onion, finely sliced 1 handful coriander, chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar grated Old El Paso Taco Spice mix Old El Paso Taco Sauce for Topping Classic Tacos 20 mins Serves 5-6 amigos 1. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and cook onion until soft. Sizzle and stir meat over high heat about 5 minutes. Add taco spice mix and 3/4 cup water.
