Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Chocolate Chips (24%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (Milk), Cocoa Butter, Milk Solids, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy)), Flavour), Vegetable Oil, Dextrose, Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate). Cookie mix with milk chocolate chips.
Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 1/3 cup (80g) softened butter + 1 extra large egg Prep 10 mins Baking time 15-20 mins 2 baking paper lined baking trays 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. 1. Stir cookie mix, butter and egg in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until just combined. Use your hands to fully mix to form a soft dough (do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). 2. Measure tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto baking trays, spacing about 5cm apart. 3. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on trays for 10 minutes, then gently remove from trays onto a wire rack to cool completely.
